New OB Pattern for Entry Level

Effective 01/07
Start at Green Line.
  • 4 cones spaced 14 strides apart.
  • 4 “legs” incorporate 2 right turns and 2 left turns.
  • Start line and stop lines marked with orange paint.
  • 1 st time around stop at each marked stop point.
  • 2 nd time around same pattern 4 legs change of pace. Normal-fast-slow-normal.
